Help and Support for Activities that are Either Center-Based or Out in the Community
It can be challenging for people with disabilities to
socialize and participate in activities in a social situation. At Agility
HomeCare, we are aware of the positive effects that community involvement can
have on an individual's wellbeing, and we are always working to create an
atmosphere that inspires people to participate more freely. We function with
the belief that everyone has the right to live the life they want, and that
providing assistance to those with disabilities may make their dreams come
true. Our highly trained staff is constantly working to establish a setting
that is secure and promotes participation, interaction, and involvement. Our
professional team is motivated to support everyone, and we encourage aid
extending to participants hailing from a diverse cultural background. We make sure that we adhere to the Quality & Safeguarding requirements, making every effort to help clients realize their full potential. Our experienced staff members provide a secure environment that promotes participation, contact, and involvement, drawn in from the neighborhoods and its surrounding areas. Our thoroughly-vetted employees are chosen based on their qualifications, experiences, and apparent capacity to offer participants the services they require. To ensure that critical and current processes and practices are consistently followed, there is constant improvement in staff training and development at our facility as well.
We provide help and support to participants according to the funded support category called Assistance with Social and Community Participation (Support Category 1.04) shown under Core Supports in your NDIS plan. This subsidy provides participants in the NDIS with the assistance they need to achieve their goals for taking part in social, recreational, and/or community activities.
